Monitoring warfarin dose:-Test performed in surgery with finger-prick sample and computer assisted dose & test frequency decisions.

Test at home by District Nurse for those unable to attend Bixter.

Home assessments by Community Nurse & Health Visitor if unable to attend Practice Nurse clinics.
